So I've been taking the power herb for a few months now.. I can say that I lead a pretty stressful life. I'm a geriatric nurse.. I train four to five times a week.. Long distance relationship and since I've been taking the power herb I just feel much more balanced. I take it too Depending on how I need it, when I get home after night shift I take it to sleep first thing in the morning... when I'm at work I take it with me just to be on the safe side. If I feel stressed then I take it during the day And otherwise I like to take it to sleep. Since I've been taking it I've had a very deep sleep. I also sleep through the night and it's definitely a supplement that I don't want to miss anymore :)

Am thrilled!!! After about 2 weeks I noticed that I reacted much more relaxed in situations in which I would have become nervous before. I also sleep a lot better and wake up in the morning with a great morning** :D I've had a lot of other testosterone boosters, but they either only give me a short-term boost or have some substances in them that I prefer to take through food or a separate supplement . If I want to take zinc, I buy a zinc supplement. What I like about the product is that it is plant-based. I will definitely take it for 3 months and then alternate it with another product for 3 months. (to power herb)
