Am thrilled!!! After about 2 weeks I noticed that I reacted much more relaxed in situations in which I would have been nervous before. I've tried a lot of other products, but they either only give me a short-term boost or have some substances in them that I'd rather take through food or a separate supplement. If I want to take zinc, I buy a zinc supplement. What I like about the product is that it is plant-based.
